Where are you located ?
All products are made with love by me, here in Perth, Western Australia. All post can be sent to

What are your processing times ?
Design Proof - 72 Hours
After you place your order, you will then receive a design proof from me within 48 hours. However if you are ordering a custom design, please allow additional time .
Manufacturing - 14 days
Once your design proof has been approved, your order will then be prepared to be made. This can take anywhere between 5-7 business days, however times can differ depending on the current workload. If your order is urgent, please contact me prior to ordering to see if this can be accommodated, however a $15 urgent order fee will apply to your order to bring it to the front of the que.
Special Order Plushies - 2 weeks
Once your design proof has been approved i will then specially order your selected plushie. Unfortunately i cannot guarantee postage times, therefore i allow 2 weeks from the day your design proof has been approved for me to then receive it, and have your order made and ready to be shipped.
I live in New Zealand, can i order from you ?
YES !! We now ship internationally !
Do you offer a local pick up option ?
Yes, however please get in touch with me prior to ordering to arrange
What can i have on my plushie ?
The answer is anything ! with one exception...
Under no circumstances will i produce a plushie with any DISNEY or copyrighted illustrations on. This is due to copyright laws, and as a small business i can be sued for this. For these designs to be produced it requires a license, and this is something i am not prepared to obtain. I understand that this is disappointing, but unfortunately this is a decision i have had to make for the sake of my small business.
I want a photo on my plushie, can this be done ?
Of course ! when you place an order for either a pre-designed plushie or a custom plushie where a photo is included, i request that you email this photo to me directly (please refer to questions below for photo information) using your order number as a reference to thebespokehq@outlook.com
What are the postage times ?
All products are shipped via Australia post, please refer to auspost.com.au for current shipping times and any delays
How will i know when my product will be delivered ?
If you provide your mobile number and email address at checkout, you will receive either a SMS or email notification when your product is packaged and ready to go. You will also receive a tracking number from Australia Post. If you do not receive this, please get in touch with me for details.
I have a few questions, how do i contact you ?
You can head over to the "contact us" page and submit an enquiry, use the live chat, or send us an enquiry via email, facebook or instagram.
Alternativly you can call me or SMS 0428 712 282, however i may not answer all the time, but i will get back to to you as soon as possible.
How do i know what my design will look like ?
For all Bepsoke Plushie orders, you will receive a design proof via email prior to manufacturing.
I want to add a photo to my plushie, what kind of images should I send ?
To get the best possible results, it is recommended to send through high resolution, high quality images. Photos should be well lit with minimal shadowing.
Please ensure you send through the original image. Please do not crop the photo, or put a filter over it. This diminishes the quality of the image, and distorts the colours and minimizes the amount of megapixels, meaning your image is low quality and will not transfer well. Please do not send through snapchat filtered pictures :)
Once your order is placed, please email me at thebespokehq@outlook.com with your order number as the reference, with your photo and another further information you would like me to know before i start designing.
DISCLAIMER
With all custom photo products, there is the possibility that your photos aren't of a high enough quality to come out clearly. Of course, during the design process i will do my best to enhance your images, however sometimes this just isn't possible.
If this is the case, i will contact you to discuss either a refund, design change, or for you to send alternative photos through.
I personally quality check every case before it is packaged to be sent to you ! so rest assured, you will love your case when you receive it

What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, being personalised no refunds will be issued in the event you change your mind. However, in the unlikely event there is an issue with your plushie, please get in touch within 48 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
